(I) Service commitments
Product failure in operation performance would be returned within 7 days and exchanged within one month upon the purchase date; The whole machine would be warranted for one year while accessories (power supply converter, adapter etc.) would be for half a year; and the navigation map would be upgraded freely within one year. Joint guaranty will be provided in the whole country.

(II) Maintenance guarantee
Guarantee conditions
1) For products in normal operation failure within one year since purchase;
2) For product damage arising from non artificial factor, no unauthorized disassembly or refit, or non irresistible natural factors;
3) For products with valid purchase and warranty certificates (warranty card and purchase invoice).
